That buzz that happens when you sink a sinthe (drink absinthe ..comes from the combo of herbs not alcohol.. Was wondering if different recipes have different effects. How the absinthe is created is going to determine how the herbs react in the alcohol. French absinthe has no fennel and the Swiss absinthe is white, so no wormwood i guess.
